The Salford Rum Company, Rum & Black 70cl.  

We’re pleased to introduce Salford Rum & Black as the latest addition to the Salford Rum range.
Just like our Golden Spiced rum, it continues to take inspiration from the rum and spice imports into Salford docks during the early 1900s and is blended and bottled in the heart of Salford. 

Rum & Black is presented within a stunning bottle and features our instantly recognisable Salford Docks map design, drawn by local artist Dave Draws, printed in beautiful white detail.

Typically a blend of rum with blackcurrant cordial or crème de cassis, Rum & Black was enjoyed down the working men’s clubs around the docks and throughout Salford.

This is our take on a classic. The drink of the dockworkers.

Crafted at The Dirty Old Town Distillery in small batches of just 300 bottles, and produced with locally sourced blackcurrants from The Promise Co.

You will need:

- 30ml - Salford R&B

- 15ml - Licor 43

- Mint

- 15ml - Lemon juice

- 15ml - Cinnamon Syrup

Fill a Hi Ball tumbler with ice, build in the ingredients, churn and top with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and blackcurrants.
