Built on nearly a decade of award-winning distilling experience, Manchester Rum combines everything we have learned about flavour, balance and craftsmanship. Starting with a carefully selected Guatemalan white rum, we re-distilled it here in the arches of Manchester, with a carefully balanced blend of botanicals before before laying it down in barrel for more than five years.
Nose - Orange, Honey, Gentle Barrel Smoke.
Palate - Vanilla L, Liquorice, Dates
Finish - Oak Spice, Rich Warmth, Lasting Complexity.
